What is the 60 day sleep trial?
We believe in our product so much that if you are not entirely happy with your nyte within 60 days then we will fully refund you no questions asked.
Within 60 days you can return your item for any reason hassle free. We recommend you keep hold of your box so you can re use for any returns. Email hello@nyte.uk with your return request. When we receive your return request you will be then issued with a printable pre paid returns label for you to affix to your box. You will receive full instructions by email.
What is the thread count of nyte bedding?
There are many factors that determine the quality of bedding and thread count is often used to mislead, higher thread count doesn't always mean better quality . Our bedding is of the highest quality Supima cotton, which is a superior cotton well known for its extra-long staple fibre. Providing Strength, softness and great colour retention.
